The Canadian Toy Testing Council has awarded a Victoria-based business, Creative Kids at Home
(http://www.creativekidsathome.com), three stars - their highest rating - for their Gift Subscription for children to receive craft packages in the mail. Parents can use the Toy Council’s ratings to help them choose toys that their children will love.
The Canadian Toy Testing Council (http://www.toy-testing.org/) is a non-profit organization, working for parents by testing toys and helping them make good toy purchases. Every year, hundreds of toys are selected as representative of those being offered on the market. These toys are then tested by Canadian children in everyday settings, to assess design, function, durability and play value.
