Advertising Terms and Conditions for Creative Kids at Home website

This Agreement is between you and the Creative Kids at Home site's owner.  "You" or "Advertiser" means the entity identified in the agreement, and/or any agency acting on its behalf, which shall also be bound by the terms of the Agreement.  These terms and conditions apply to websites related to Creative Kids at Home (e.g. Science Kids at Home) if you choose to have your advertisements appear on the related websites.

Please read very carefully these Terms and Conditions.

• Creative Kids at Home is a family website.  We reserve the right the refuse advertising campaigns that aren't appropriate for a family website.  As a condition of advertising on Creative Kids at Home, you agree not to substantially change the content or nature of your website during the advertising campaign.  We will deactivate any advertisements that lead to inappropriate websites at any time without a refund of any kind.
• Creative Kids at Home has been online since 1999 and has a established track record of increasing traffic every year.  Creative Kids at Home makes no guarantee regarding the levels of traffic or number of clicks for any ad on our site.
• You are responsible for your own site and/or service advertised in this web site. You are solely responsible for the advertising image creation, advertising text and for the content of your ads, including URL links. 
• All advertising must be paid for in advance of the ads being displayed on the website.
• Creative Kids at Home reserves the right to change the advertising rates at any time.  All advertising campaigns agreed to and paid for at the time of the rate change will not be subject to the increase in rates.
• Creative Kids at Home may retain and use for its own purposes all information you provide, including but not limited to Targets, URLs, the content of ads, and contact and billing information. This site's owner may share this information about you with business partners and/or sponsors. This site's owner will not sell your information. Your name, web site's URL and related graphics may be used by this site's owner in its own web site at any time as a sample to the public, even if your Advertising Campaign has been finished.
