Easy Bake Oven

No one in my family will ever forget the Christmas Santa brought me an Easy Bake Oven as a Christmas gift.  I'm not sure exactly how old I was, but my guess is about six years old.  It was the one and only year Christmas morning started at 4:30am.  My Mom woke to my sister and I screaming that Santa had been here and they were Christmas presents under the tree.  It was too late to send us back to bed, so she accepted the inevitable, and we got to open our Christmas gifts right then and there.  The highlight for me was an Easy Bake Oven.  I was serving freshly iced cake by 6am.  From then on, Santa left our stockings in our bedroom, and we didn't go near the tree and gifts until everyone was up.  But that one Christmas lives in my memory as what every child's Christmas morning should be.
