We've been raising butterflies again. This year, we had two white caterpillars. My son decided to keep them separate from the black caterpillars so that he could find out what happens if they mate. The butterflies emerged from their chrysalis yesterday, so we should find out in a few days if they are successful at mating. It will be interesting to find out if their eggs turn into white or black caterpillars. Check the Creative Kids at Home blog for updates throughout the month.
