Hot on Magnets

A couple of months ago, I received an email from a student asking if temperature changes the strength of a magnet.  I didn't have the answer, and hadn't even thought about the question.  I encouraged her to do an experiment to find the answer for herself.

That's just what she did!  Kayley did some more research, carried out some experiments and wrote up her results.  Even better, she shared them with us.  So if you've ever wondered about temperature and magnets, read Kayley's report "Hot on Magnets."
